Our Journey

Founded in 2012, Medipath Healthcare Recruitment started its journey in South Africa, dedicated to addressing the critical healthcare shortage within the nation. As we grew, we began to recognise the impact of South Africa’s evolving economic and political climate on skilled professionals. Many of these talented individuals were considering opportunities abroad, seeking stability and new horizons.

 

Simultaneously, we identified a significant skills shortage of medical professionals in Australia and New Zealand. This realisation led us to expand our vision and adapt to the changing global healthcare job market. Understanding the mutual needs of healthcare professionals and institutions, we evolved our services to bridge these gaps effectively.

 

Today, Medipath Healthcare Recruitment not only assists South African candidates in securing roles within South Africa but also facilitates their placements in New Zealand and Australia. Our commitment to providing comprehensive recruitment solutions has led us to establish a presence in both New Zealand and Australia. These teams are instrumental in facilitating the placement of New Zealanders in Australia and vice versa, ensuring a seamless transition for healthcare professionals seeking opportunities across the Tasman Sea.
