Lead Physiotherapist

We are a leading medical recruitment agency across Australia and New Zealand, we now have an opportunity available for a Lead Physiotherapist to be based in Auckland, New Zealand.

The Client

Our client is a well-established national provider of allied health and rehabilitation services. Their mission is to empower individuals through tailored, high-quality care while also investing in their clinical teams through structured support, leadership pathways, and a strong values-based culture.

The Opportunity

This is a key leadership role within a busy, high-performing team. You’ll take ownership of clinical development, process improvement, and team mentoring, all while managing a dynamic caseload across a broad range of rehabilitation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service in collaboration with Clinical and Service Leads

• Use client feedback to refine clinical processes

• Provide tailored rehabilitation solutions and treatments

• Maintain a varied clinical caseload

• Guide and support team development and clinical excellence

Requirements

• NZ Physiotherapy registration and current APC

• Minimum 5 years’ physiotherapy experience preferred

• Full NZ driver’s licence

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
