Sonographer

We are a leading medical recruitment agency across Australia and New Zealand, and our newest opportunity available is for a Sonographer to be based in Perth.

The client

Our client is a reputable private imaging provider with multiple clinics across metropolitan Perth. They are known for their patient-centred approach, strong clinical leadership, and modern facilities featuring state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment. Their services include general, MSK, obstetric, vascular, and small parts imaging, supported by an experienced team of radiologists, MITs, and administrative professionals.

The opportunity

You will work across a range of ultrasound modalities, with the flexibility to focus on areas of special interest. Key responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations across a range of modalities

• Ensure accurate imaging, documentation, and patient care

• Collaborate with radiologists to support timely, accurate reporting

• Maintain equipment standards and adhere to safety protocols

• Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients

• Assist with workflow efficiency and support junior team members

• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• ASAR accreditation as a Sonographer (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience across general, obstetrics, MSK, or vascular ultrasound

• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• Commitment to high clinical standards and safe practice

• Flexibility to work across multiple clinic locations if required
