Lead Radiologist - Equity Ownership

 The opportunity

This is a rare leadership opportunity for an experienced Radiologist wanting to take the next step in their career while enjoying an exceptional Queensland lifestyle. Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging reporting across a broad case mix

• Lead and support the ongoing growth and development of the practice

• Build strong relationships with referrers and the wider medical community

• Mentor junior clinicians and contribute to a collaborative team culture

• Participate in multimodality reporting and subspecialty imaging where applicable

• Support quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives

• Contribute to strategic planning and service development within the practice

Requirements

• FRANZCR or equivalent specialist qualification

• Eligibility for specialist registration in Australia

• Strong clinical diagnostic and reporting experience

• Leadership capability with a collaborative and patient-focused approach

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Interest in practice growth and long-term partnership opportunities
