Occupational Therapist

As an emerging medical recruitment agency growing across Australia and New Zealand, we now have an opportunity available for an Occupational Therapist to be based in Gisborne, New Zealand.

The Opportunity

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, both in-clinic and in the community. Their Gisborne clinic is equipped to deliver high-quality in-clinic and community-based services, backed by a commitment to professional development, team culture, and innovative approaches to rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver rehabilitation programmes for in-clinic and community settings.

• Work closely with allied health professionals to provide integrated, client-centred care.

• Produce comprehensive reports detailing client capabilities, objectives, and evidence-based interventions.

• Effectively manage appointments and tasks using diary management software.

Requirements

• Active New Zealand Occupational Therapy registration and a valid Annual Practising Certificate.

• Strong time management and caseload prioritisation skills.

• Valid full New Zealand driver’s licence for community-based rehabilitation work.

• Exceptional communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members.
