As an emerging medical recruitment agency growing across Australia and New Zealand, we now have an opportunity available for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to be based in Caboolture, Queensland.  


The Client

Our client is a multidisciplinary allied health provider based in Queensland, known for delivering person-centred care through collaborative teamwork and a vibrant, supportive culture. With a presence across multiple locations, they are committed to high-quality, accessible services for all age groups, particularly under the NDIS framework. 


The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a small but dynamic team at a well-established clinic in Caboolture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit team and is enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. Full-time is preferred, but part-time options or split-location roles between Caboolture and Redcliffe will be considered for the right candidate. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy to children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, and related conditions.

  • Deliver assessments, interventions, and functional capacity evaluations under the NDIS.

  • Work with school-aged and preschool children, often during after-school hours or weekends.

  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and dieticians for holistic care.

  • Conduct home modifications and assistive technology recommendations as needed.


Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.Full AHPRA registration.

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience working with paediatrics in a private practice or NDIS setting.

  • Strong knowledge of developmental and neurological conditions.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Flexibility with work hours and willingness to travel between clinics (if applicable).
